The Virginia Beach Art Center's mission is to offer an educational and supportive environment to inspire people of all ages and skill levels to experience, engage with and create art. The Art Center works to excite local artists through multi-media classes and workshops, monthly exhibitions, interactions with resident artists and outreach programs. Â
